Our policy last 7 days. If 7 days has passed since your item has been delivered we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in its original unsealed packaging. Once your return is inspected, arrangement will be made to refund where applicable.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace/refund items if they are defective/damaged. Please contact us if necessary.
